The online portal was extremely easy to use and hassle free...I really liked that I could fill out the information online instead of filing it out, printing and resending it back to you. It eliminates an extra step. I liked how it listed all of our generator accounts so it was easy to select which customer needed maintenance. I also like how you send the email reminded so I do not need to keep track of the generator PMs, you guys do.
